Data Deletion Instructions

The CG-Suite platform is operated by CG Cosmetic Surgery (Coral Gables Cosmetic Center®), Miami, Florida. This page explains how to request deletion of personal information we hold about you, including data we obtained through Meta (Facebook and Instagram), WhatsApp Business, TikTok, and Google in connection with CG-Suite.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Data Deletion Request — CG-Suite.”
  2. Include the name, email, phone number, and/or the social account (for example, your Facebook or Instagram handle) associated with the data so we can locate your records.
  3. We will verify your identity, then delete or de-identify the associated personal data.
  4. We will confirm completion by email — ordinarily within 30 days, subject to any retention required by law.

Revoking access from Facebook or Instagram

If you connected with us through Facebook or Instagram, you can also remove CG-Suite’s access from your Meta account under Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites. Removing access stops future data sharing; to delete data we have already received, please follow the email steps above.

What we delete

Upon a verified request we delete or de-identify the contact, conversation, lead, and engagement records we hold about you, including data obtained via the Meta, WhatsApp, TikTok, and Google integrations, except where we are required to retain certain records to comply with legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations.
